Note: If you are new to contemplative learning and practice, you will need to get some live instruction before trying to listen to these classes on your own.  If this is impossible, you can set up an initial interview or extended tutorial by phone. To schedule an interview contact us.  For those of you who have some experience with contemplative learning and practice, we advise you to restrict your listening to material that you’ve already had some live introduction to. Feel free to contact us for questions about which of these prior courses might be suitable/unsuitable for you.
